Spending time on the water encourages a calm, positive mental state and can assist to alleviate mental health concerns.
With its relaxation benefits, it’s no wonder people are turning to the sea as a form of therapy. The high mineral content of the sea is thought to be good for the skin and body and the positive effect of the ocean is a benefit for our psychological state.

Our half day Ocean Healing Retreat is designed to reconnect with nature, taking time for yourself and using the healing power of the ocean to relax and at the same time to practice a healthy and active lifestyle.
Spending time on the water alleviates mental health issues and generally invokes a calm, positive mental state.

Bring your yoga practice out of the studio and reconnect with nature. In this class, your instructor will safely guide you through your practice as you take your first paddle into SUP yoga.
These is nothing quite like floating yoga combined with the core strengthening workout of SUP, to leave you feeling calm, revitalized and ready to begin your day.


Feel the sun on your skin and breathe in the fresh air. When the wind is down and the sun is out, you’ll find us on the grass.
Yoga On The Grass is offered each Thursday morning at Ngarkal Beach. The beautiful atmosphere so close to the ocean encourages you to take time for yourself, setting intention and flowing through a breath centered yoga class.
Our class is beginner friendly and open to everyone. Please wear comfy, loose clothing, bare feet and bring a water bottle
