4 weeks program at Shoalwater (Shoalwater Marine Park)
Reconnect with nature during a morning yoga session or a floating meditation. Feel the sun on your skin and breathe in the fresh air of the ocean during our breath work class. Your instructor will guide you through your practice yoga poses on your SUP, beach work outs for every fitness level and SUP lessons with a guided eco tour in the beautiful nature. There is nothing as relaxing as sunrise Yoga to start your day calm and relaxed or a fitness class to get energized and fit.
Grounding yourself at the ocean and spending time on the water alleviates mental health issues and generally invokes a calm, positive mental state. Given its relaxing benefits, it’s no wonder people are turning to the sea as a form of therapy. The high mineral content of the sea is thought to be good for the skin and body and the positive effect of the ocean is a benefit for our psychological state.

- Session 1: SUP Lesson & SUP Tour
- Session 2: Yoga on the beach & Breath work
- Session 3: SUP Fitness & Pilates on the beach
- Session 4: SUP Yoga & Floating Meditation
