Seabreeze presents this unique SUP yoga retreat designed to reconnect you with nature and self using the healing power of the ocean and delivered to you with Italian flavor. Embark on a revitalizing journey reconnecting you to nature. You’ll be led to emboy inner peace and harmony through yoga, meditation, stand up paddleboarding, floating sound baths, and bush walks amidst the stunning and wild landscapes of the Margaret River Region. At the same delight your senses by indulging in the flavours of Italian home-style cooking, picnic lunch baskets filled to the brim with local produce, aperitovo as the sun goes down and a cheeky wine tasting.  This is an occasion to release yourself from the challenges of everyday life, reset your body and mind, reconnect to yourself and nature and return home recharged and rejuvenated.

This inclusionary retreat offer no judgement, no competition and no expectations. It is your retreat, and while we have a wealth of divine activities on the menu, if you prefer to spend your day wandering the gardens and forest of the homestead and enjoying the peace and quiet, that is entirely your choice. On the other hand, if you would like to step out of our comfort zone, just say the word, and we will be right there by your side.

Leave your worries behind and be greeted by Chiara and Andrea on your arrival with a welcome tea and opening circle, beginning your four days of bliss. Discover the beautiful forested grounds of the Heartbeat Retreat with a short guided walk before settling into your first yin yoga session and sound bath of the retreat. Your accommodation features a gym, UV sauna, a stone fireplace, three living rooms and seven acres of bushland to explore. This evening spoil yourself with a home cooked Italian style meal and finish off your day with mantra chanting meditation by candlelight.



Greet the morning with a wake up yoga class followed by a wholesome breakfast. Now we depart from Heartbeat and make our way to the beach for our first SUP yoga class and floating sound bath with Tibetan and crystal sound bowls. Spending time on the glassy waters will help cultivate a calm and positive mental state. Later our qualified SUP instructor will demonstrate the ins and outs of paddle boarding and guide you through the waters on a mindful SUP tour. Enjoy a picnic basket at the beach filled to the brim with local produce and a dip in the crystal clear waters before returning to Heartbeat for an afternoon of free time to enjoy the facilities of the retreat and perhaps an optional massage or reiki session. In the late afternoon we invite you to join on us on a silent meditative bushwalk through the grounds, followed by another home cooked meal.



Chiara hosts a sunrise yoga session for our early risers this morning. After breakfast, we enjoy a similar program as yesterday but we explore another magical pocket of the region. In the afternoon you may wish to join us for an art activity, connecting with your higher self through meditation to visualize your future self which can then be transformed into a collage. As the sun sets, its time for a glass of prosecco to celebrate a very special and transformative day. Tonight we will come together for another family dinner, you may like to get involved and learn a few tricks from our chef. If your cup isn’t already overflowing, you might like to end the day with ecstatic dance, abandoning yourself to the rhythm, moving freely, perhaps reaching a state of trance and ecstasy.



After a nutritious breakfast we will say goodbye to Heartbeat and depart to our walking spot. Spanning Australia’s southwest edge from Cape Leeuwin to Cape Naturaliste, meandering through the forest and hugging dreamy white sand beaches, we will take on a section of the track and experience the beauty for ourselves. Our walk will be made even more special with the inclusion of an outdoor yoga session in the shade of the karri trees. For our final hurrah we will treat to you to a vineyard visit and wine tasting. You may like to stay on after the tasting for an optional vineyard lunch, before heading back to Perth refreshed and revitalized and in tune with your true and beautiful self.

  • We believe there is no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothes, so retreat will proceed in case of all weather elements. Indoor alternatives will be provided where the weather makes outdoor activities unpleasant or unpractical
